FireIce® gel by FireIce Solutions (25-lb)

The FirePro USA Fire Defense Unit (FDU) is used to apply FireIce fire-retardant gel to the home to prevent ember ignitions. FireIce gel is a powder-based product that’s added to water. This creates a thick jelly-like substance that adheres to vertical surfaces and absorbs heat due to its ability to increase the coagulability of water. In simpler terms, the gel doesn’t evaporate like water alone does.

The 25-lb bucket makes 250 gallons of gel to cover approximately a
2,500 sq. ft. home.

PHOS-CHEK LCE20W Long-term Fire Retardant (5 gallons)
