2. Does Fire-Pro USA only serve their own clients?

No. We are available to assist whenever we're called upon, regardless of who requests service. As with other private fire companies, our firefighters will stop to help as their capabilities and resources allow. Generally, going on private property requires permission from the resident; however, in an emergency such as a fire, “Good Samaritan” laws allow anyone to render aid, provided their actions do not involve gross negligence or willful misconduct.
